1. General Information

The InHand Forum is organized by InHand Heritage Committee. These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants ("you", "your") who register for or attend the Event.

By registering for and attending the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration and Payment

• All participants must book in advance through the official website or designated registration form.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
• Your place is not secured until payment has been received and confirmed.
• Prices are listed in Euro and include all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
• Unless otherwise stated the minimum age for course registration is 16. Any persons under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult if they intend to camp on site.
• Workshop fee covers entry for the workshop participant only. Partners, children or friends are not allowed on site without a ticket.
• Tickets for talks can be purchased for €10 giving access to the site for the afternoon.
• No pets are permitted on site.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

By Participants:

• Cancellations received 30 days or more before the Event: Full refund minus a €30 processing fee.
• Cancellations received 15–29 days before the Event: 50% refund.
• Cancellations received less than 15 days before the Event: No refund unless a replacement participant can be found.

By Organiser:

• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient registrations, illness, or force majeure.
• In the event of cancellation, participants will receive a full refund. The Organiser will not be liable for any additional costs incurred (e.g., travel or accommodation).

4. Workshops and Materials

• All workshop materials and tools provided remain the property of the Organiser unless specified otherwise.
• Some workshops may involve the use of molten metals and fire, sharp tools, dyes, adhesives, or other potentially hazardous materials. All participants agree to follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by instructors.
• The Organiser is not responsible for any injuries sustained due to negligence or failure to follow instructions.

5. Code of Conduct

• All participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally toward instructors, staff, fellow participants and venue.
• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. The Organiser and proprietors of Greenan Maze reserve the right to remove any participant without refund for such behaviour.
• The event is intended to be an inclusive, safe, and creative space.

6. Photography and Media

• The Organiser and other media personnel may take photographs and video recordings during the Event for promotional and archival purposes.
• By attending, you grant the Organiser permission to use your image in such materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a member of staff upon arrival.

7. Liability and Insurance

• The Organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the Event.
• Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and personal insurance.
• Participation is at your own risk.

8. Accessibility and Special Requirements

• If you have any special needs accessibility concerns, please inform the Organiser at least 14 days before the Event.
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs.

9. Force Majeure

The Organiser shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or venue issues.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Country/State].
